What would be my salary if I get placed?
We strongly believe that the salary depends on various factors like the type and size of the organization coming for campus. The level at which they are inducting the employees and various other factors. One thing is for sure you need to put in your 100% efforts and grasp as much as possible within the time frame of the program and practice the technology being taught to you, rest assured you will be on a good platform for placement. However, if you are still keen on knowing the salary package it revolves around 2lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum.
Do I need to appear for any online Exam?
Since there are huge demands available for mainframe and there are no resources available in market, companies are not looking for any online certification. Maples course completion certification is sufficient for your placement.
What is the placement percentage?
Maples ESM Technologies – Training Division does not guarantee or assure placements. It all depends on how much skill you are able to bring on to the table. However, we have assisted our students in placements for all previous batches and you will also be entitled to the same. Please go through our website and ask for the placement records with our Placement Officers they will only be glad to share it with you. For the record we have achieved 89 % placement till date and the list is increasing day by day.
How many students got placed in last batch?
Placement in on ongoing process and is evolving. We offer campus interviews to all candidates and getting placed in the campus interviews is based on the individual performance of the candidates in the organizational selection procedure.
What are the rounds of Interview?
Different organizations follow different procedure. There are different testing tools and mechanisms like Group Discussion, General Aptitude, psychometric testing, Thomas testing, Technical Written Test followed by a Technical Interview and finally with the HR for the compensation negotiation and fitment. All these will be taught to you during your course with Maples ESM Technologies in the form of Soft Skills Training which is part of the program structure.
Is GD is must in all companies?
Group Discussion is one method of evaluating the students’ communication skills. It is the easiest form of elimination of candidates for the next round and is applied only in cases where there is large number of candidates applying for the available positions. It all depends on Client requirements and we should prepare ourselves for the same irrespective of whether it is there or not.
Do you schedule exams after completion of the course?
Evaluation and Examination is a system universally accepted for evaluating candidates. You will certainly have internal online test at the end of every module.
What would be the selection process for the placement? Will you conduct any internal test for that?
The process for placements revolves around the requirements of the organizations coming to campus for recruitments. All of them will insist on your academic scores, your achievements in the past, consistency of academic performance, projects completed, experience if any but not compulsory and your attitude. We shortlist the students who have completed the program with us based on the internal scores along with your previous performances as is the requirement of the client and showcase you all to the clients
Do you provide any experience certificate?
We do not provide a blanket experience certificate but there are certain criteria if you fulfill over a period of time and you are eligible to participate in this process. We have a OJT program where this is possible. Please check with the counselor/s when you visit us
Is this a 100% job assured program?
The basic training program is not a job assured one but we have several options for you to choose. There is only the training part with assistance in placements for the openings available in various organizations and we also have the Assured program with a contract period with certain terms and conditions and you are eligible for the same
I came to know in maples they will provide only contract employment… is it true?
Maples ESM Technologies as you may have visited the website by now is a global IT Infrastructure and Application Solutions Consulting company with Training as one of our division. Wherever the clients require contract staffing, we provide the same. Otherwise you are free to choose the retail public domain program without any stipulations and limited only to the training on the technology.
Is maples certificate certified by IBM?
IBM is only our technology partner and is not involved in the day to day delivery of the classroom and lab sessions. IBM Certified programs are relatively expensive and may not be reachable to majority of the student community in current context and hence Maples ESM Technology – Training Division provides a course completion certificate which is sufficient for you to get a good placement.
What can I do if I don’t get placed in 3 to 5 opportunities in your client requirement list? Will you provide extra opportunities?
Majority of our candidates are placed within 3 to 5 opportunities. First we will ensure that all the course completed students at Maples ESM Technologies are given this platform. If you fail in such opportunities, we will review the situation and make sincere efforts to give you a placement at the next available option but this is not guaranteed
